Treatment Philosophy

The connection we have with ourselves is integral to how we relate to and perceive life’s challenges and the world around us. Creating an authentic connection with ourselves and in our significant relationships is important for a sense of well being. In therapy we work on bringing a compassionate awareness to those patterns and perceptions that impede our quality of life.  The insight, self awareness and mindful presence gained can be invaluable in facilitating a meaningful transformation of our life challenges and those essential connections with self and others.
